Robert (Bob) was in the United States Marine Corps from 2012-2017 and his MOS was 6116 Tiltrotor Mechanic (MV-22 Osprey Mechanic).
He attended Marine Corps Recruit Training at MCRD San Diego, CA, Marine Combat Training at Camp Pendleton, CA and MOS school at MCAS New River, NC. He was stationed in San Diego at MCAS Miramar, then at MCAS Futenma in Okinawa, Japan. While in Okinawa, he was deployed on the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) while attached to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in support of the Global War on Terror. When he separated from the Marine Corps his rank was Sergeant.
